The Indiana Pacers will travel to New York City to take on the New York Knicks on Thursday, February 15th, 2024, at 8:00pm EST. The Pacers currently hold a 27-21 record and are in fifth place in the Eastern Conference, while the Knicks are 31-17 and are in third place. The Knicks have won the last two meetings between the teams, including a 112-104 victory in Indianapolis on December 10th.
The Pacers will be looking to snap a two-game losing streak, while the Knicks will be looking to extend their winning streak to three games. Domantas Sabonis is averaging 20.3 points and 12.0 rebounds per game for the Pacers, while Tyrese Haliburton is averaging 17.5 points and 9.8 assists per game. Jalen Brunson is averaging 23.4 points and 6.3 assists per game for the Knicks, while Julius Randle is averaging 20.5 points and 10.2 rebounds per game.
The Pacers will need to play their best game of the season if they want to beat the Knicks. The Knicks are a very talented team and will be tough to beat at home. The Pacers will need to be able to contain Brunson and Randle and limit their scoring. The Pacers will also need to be able to make their shots and hit their free throws. If they can do those things, they will have a chance to upset the Knicks.
